Amper Group announces today, 22 July 2020, that it has acquired 100% of Sacyr Nervion’s shares.

Amper, through its subsidiary Nervión Industries, already owned 50% of the company Sacyr Nervión, but it didn’t consolidate neither income statement nor balance sheet from Sacyr Nervion because it was done entirely by the previous partner.

Sacyr Nervion, which has changed its name to Nervion Energy, closed the 2019 financial year with sales of 46.3 million euros. At 30 June 2020, has a portfolio pending execution of 91.1 million euros plus tax.
