In compliance with the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan, Grupo Amper announces that today, 26 May 2021, it has executed a public deed for the acquisition of all the shares of the following subsidiaries:

– Rubricall, S.L. (Rubricall): Acquisition of 24.5% of the shares of Rubricall, until now owned by its minority shareholders, bringing Grupo Amper’s shareholding in the company to 100%.

– Soax Arquitectura Orientada a Servicios, S.L. (Soax). (Soax): Acquisition of 25% of the shares of Soax, until now owned by its minority shareholders, with Grupo Amper acquiring 100% of the shareholding.

This completes the process of acquisition of minority shareholdings, initiated in January of this year, where Amper Sistemas, S.A. absorbs all the technology companies involved in the merger process, with the aim of building a single value proposition and technological capacity that allows obtaining operational and commercial synergies as well as optimising costs, in accordance with the provisions of the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan.
