AMPER IS POSITIONED IN RENEWABLE ENERGIES AND GET A CONTRACT WITH GPTECH EKS FOR 47.5 M.
-The Amper Group strengthens with this agreement what will be its new Energy and Control Technologies Division.
-The company guarantees the deployment of energy technology in the US and Latin American markets for the coming years.
27-10-2020. The Amper Group reports that yesterday, October 26, 2020, it signed a contract with Gptech EKS, an American subsidiary of Green Power Techonolgies for the manufacture and supply of photovoltaic inverters models “WD3”, “WD3L” and “AMPS”,as well as inductors, cards, power electronics, SSAA transformers, assembled power converters and medium voltage equipment with its electrical and mechanical integration, with target markets in US and Latam.
The agreement amounts to a total of 47.5 million euros without tax, of which EUR 19.5 will be implemented during the 2021 financial year and the rest between 2022 and 2023.
This project is the first achieved by the the joint efforts between the subsidiaries of The Amper Group, Electrotécnica Industrial y Naval, S.L. (ELINSA), acquired on September 2nd, and Núcleo Comunicaciones y Control, S.L. (NUCLEO CC).
Both companies will be part of the new “Energy and Control Technologies” (TEC) Division within the Amper Group’s Technology Business Unit, in accordance with the reorganisation of the Group’s businesses included in the new Strategic Plan to be presented to the markets in the coming weeks.
